• $27.00-$45.00 per hour based experience

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Replace existing equipment and complete new system installations

• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical connections, and related HVAC components

• Verify system performance and ensure every installation is completed safely and efficiently

• Keep work areas clean and communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation

• Work closely with your installation team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

We're looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another. You should be dependable, safety-minded, and committed to delivering a professional experience for every customer.

Qualified candidates should have residential HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to install equipment with minimal supervision. NATE certification is a plus but not required.
