Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offers skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge.

How the Buildings and Grounds Technician works with the Team:

The Buildings and Grounds Technician is responsible for day-to-day general maintenance of the resort, including but not limited to plumbing, electric, carpentry, and troubleshooting all systems.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Perform day to day general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electric, and carpentry)
Preventative maintenance of all systems (i.e. Heating, air conditioning)
Be able to respond to work orders and directions in a timely manner

Work in all types of weather when needed

Tree trimming as  able to interact with other departments to accomplish Resort objectives

Work in a safe manner protecting both yourself and others

Troubleshoot and repair all systems

Other duties as assigned by Manager Team Member

Qualifications:

High School diploma required.

Must have mechanical aptitude with strong plumbing and HVAC skills

Be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs Applicants must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends in-season, and overtime when needed

Must have valid driver’s license

Trade school or 2-5 years work experience in the field

Be able to read and interpret instructions and manuals as needed
