Multiple full-time, compassionate professionals who speak English and Spanish are needed to provide case management, crisis intervention, group work, and supportive counseling for low-income single parents and displaced homemakers at the Journey Family Success Center, a community-based environment.
Responsibilities- Objectivity, confidentiality, persistence
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Empathy, compassion, interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field required.
- Master’s in social work or licensed clinical social worker preferred.
- 2-5 years of related experience required.
