Case Manager

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time
Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ.

• Asses clients' needs
• Development and implement service plans for clients
• Provide referrals when required
• Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year of related experience in social services
• Valid NJ driver's license
• Bilingual preferred
