• Ensure the safety and health of individuals in our day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living goals such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
• Plan, implement, and document programs to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid non‑provisional driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older (required).
• Ability to attend ten days of paid on‑site orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic with a team approach to care for individuals.
