We are hiring Group Home Managers in Edison, Piscataway, Barnegat, and Manahawkin, NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise all aspects of the group home operations (i.e., staff supervision, on-call, and spot checks).

• Supervise all aspects of the group home.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings and training.
• Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager.
• Uphold agency and licensing regulations.
• Responsible for creating staff scheduling
• Assist with scheduling doctors  appointments.
• Responsible for program and client finances
• Assists and supervises in activities of daily living skills
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication.
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation
• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.

• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred
• Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities
• A valid driver s license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID s automobile insurance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
