Ameriwell Care LLC | New Jersey Ameriwell Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized, one-on-one support with daily living activities.
- Assist individuals in developing independence and life skills.
- Support community activities and social engagement.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and the Ameriwell Care team.
- Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
