Kindly Direct Care is hiring a flexible Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Woolwich, NJ.
About This OpportunityThis can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.
What You'll DoSupport an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
Provide ADL support at home, as well as community-based support.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Able to consistently commit to the hours needed.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule:
6 hours/week, flexible schedule
Pay: $17-$21
