Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Lumberton, NJ.
About This OpportunityThis can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.
What You'll DoSupport an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
Provide community-based support, including outings and the gym.
Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
Valid driver's license.
Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:00 a.m.
-2:00 p.m. (plus 1 Saturday a month- flexible) Pay: $17-$21/hour
