• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Apex.
• Proven experience in leading cloud projects and initiatives.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Apex, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Implement best practices for Apex development, ensuring code quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Participate in the testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.
