We seek a talented Software Team Leader to lead a team of skilled developers focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions in a microservices architecture. As our team leader you’ll be hands-on with code while also shaping the technical vision, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product and design to deliver impactful features from concept to production

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly web and mobile applications
• Oversee the architecture and implementation of microservices, cloud functions, and API integrations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Guide architectural decisions involving event sourcing and multi-tenancy frameworks

• 5+yearsofhands-onsoftwaredevelopmentexperiencein
  
  FullStack/Backend/Frontendroles.
• ProvenexperiencewithNode.jsandAngular(or React/Vuewithwillingnesstoswitch).
• Experiencedesigningandbuildingmicroservices-based architectures,withknowledgeofAPI gateways,RESTfulservices,andmessage queues(e.g.,Pub/Sub,Kafka).
• Experienceworkingwithcloud platformssuchasGCP,AWS,orAzure,includingserverlessandcontainer-based services.
• Proficiency withCI/CD pipelines,Git Hub Actions ,andtestingframeworksforautomatedqualityassurance.
• Strongcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoworkcross-functionallyandmentorengineersof

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 – $180,000.
