Oversee Project Delivery
- Oversee integration projects, ensuring solutions are designed to meet functional and non-functional requirements, Ensure best practices for development, including coding standards, design patterns, and deployment strategies are followed, Ensure quality of work through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to development standards, Lead in resolving complex technical issues by facilitating discussions and appropriate interventions
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align on integration priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate project status, issues, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the company's digital transformation initiatives.
