Location:

North Brunswick, NJ.

• Participate in paid swim instructor training
• Provide instruction to students following approved training methodology and lesson plans
• Create a fun environment for students that's focused on learning
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures
• Evaluate and report student progress using approved criteria
• Communicate professionally and effectively to provide a high level of service during all customer interactions
• Assist with front desk responsibilities as well as maintain a clean facility
• Attend ongoing trainings as scheduled
• Represent Big Blue Swim School with a high level of professionalism and conduct in the workplace
• Other duties as assigned

• High energy
• Enjoys teaching kids
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Available to work in the water for at least 15 hours per week
• Must be willing to work weeknights and at least one weekend day

• Lifeguard/CPR certification
