• 3 tiers of trainer % split – increases based on number of sessions serviced.
• Base hourly rate: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour.

• Create flexible schedule by programming and servicing clients under the guidance of Fitness Manager or General Manager.
• Develop customized training programs to reach short- and long‑term goals.
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide ongoing client education.
• Assist in client acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain and grow your book of business through consistent, high-quality service.
