Coordinate with local branches to ensure all contracts are opened and closed timely to support efficient dispatch operations;
Perform regular reviews of driver logs and schedules based on the direction of the Dispatcher;
Monitor vehicle inspection program reporting (DVIR) and coordinate vehicle repairs with internal and external parties as needed;
Review orders for correct contact and delivery instructions;
Assist with driver scheduling and timekeeping.
