Job Overview

First Student is hiring Part‑Time School Bus Drivers in Andover, NJ. As a part‑time driver you will pick up students before school and drop them back home after school, with a split shift that allows a few free hours in between. No previous bus driving experience is required—training will be provided.

• Operate a school bus to safely transport students at the start and end of the school day.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including DOT requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and assist with any required paperwork.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience.
• Part‑time availability on a split shift schedule.
• Strong commitment to student safety and customer service.
