Location: Lafayette Mills

Join the Bus Monitor/Aide role at First Student in Lafayette, NJ. This part‑time position allows you to help students safely get on and off their school bus, with an early morning pickup and an afternoon drop‑off. No prior experience as a school bus monitor is required; training will be provided.

Your day will include:
  • A split shift, which means an early morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
  • A guaranteed shift of (4) hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless you choose to work them.
  • Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.
School Bus Monitor benefits:
  • Pay rate $17.00 per hour.

  • No experience necessary.
