Overview

JOB TITLE:

DRIVER/ Transportation and Housing Coordinator

Purpose:

Provide reliable transportation and secured housing to Bulls Eye's employees at Bulls Eye work sites.

Qualifications

Previous experience.
Computer skills.
Ability to work varied hours day and night.
Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
Valid driver’s license. Good driving record acceptable by car rental companies.
Must pass criminal background check.
Must pass drug test.

Reports To

Chief Operations Officer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Planning and organizing transportation schedules.

Drive employees to and from work. Pick up new employees at the airport or bus station. Perform other driving duties as needed.

Coordinating with other drivers and supervisors.

Monitoring and optimizing transportation costs, submitting expense reports.

Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.

Resolving issues and discrepancies in transportation processes.

Monitor the employee housing. Conduct housing inspections. Ensure that employees follow housing rules.

Maintain friendly, professional relationships with Bulls Eye employees. Promote good employee morale. Answer employee questions or refer them to the supervisor or proper manager.

Maintain positive working relationships with managers at the customer location, as representing Bulls Eye Jobs.

Communicate with Bulls Eye management regarding any challenges related to employees/tenants and the customer.

Recruit, interview and offer jobs to candidates, as time permits and as needed.

Complete other duties as assigned by BEJ supervisor and/or management team.
