Pickup & Delivery Driver

Small Business Owner & Entrepreneur / Federal Express P&D Contracted Service Provider (CSP)

We are hiring regular full‑time Fed Ex Delivery drivers with work‑related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local residential and business deliveries.

You will work 5 days a week, including Saturdays or Sundays. During our busy season (November – December) you may be required to work 6 days a week.

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana) with continued random drug screens throughout employment.
• Pass a DOT physical; able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck.
• Pass Fed Ex background check.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work – be on time and ready to work each workday at 7:30 AM.
• Be able to climb stairs.
• Be able to work in all types of weather.
• Have a strong work ethic and a get‑it‑done attitude.

• Operate your vehicle safely at all times.
• Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary, but expectations are that a driver will routinely perform 125+ stops a day.
• Perform daily inspection of vehicle including checking fluid levels.
• Load vehicle for deliveries and organize daily loads.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with the manager.
• Accurately operate the scanner / effectively track the delivery process.
• Consistently deliver the entire route in a timely manner.

Paid training will be provided covering delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
