Location: Caldwell
Ocean Freight Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site | West Caldwell, NJ)
We’re Hiring:
Ocean Freight Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site | West Caldwell, NJ)
What You’ll Do:
- Handle FCL & LCL shipments from start to finish
- Provide ocean freight quotes & book with carriers
- Prepare shipping docs (BLs, invoices, packing lists, customs)
- Ensure smooth customs clearance & compliance
- Track shipments & keep customers updated
- Build strong carrier & customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands‑on ocean freight experience
- Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving skills
- Ukrainian or Russian language skills a plus (not required)
- Able to commute daily to our West Caldwell, NJ office
Salary: $26 - $29 per hour
