Bilingual Forklift Operator

Location: Milltown

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21.40 per hour

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Training 7am-3:30 pm for 3 months)

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach forklifts, and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently

+ Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of products

+ Move products to designated staging or warehouse locations

+ Pick, stage, and transfer materials according to work orders

+ Perform quality checks and assist with cycle counts as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment

+ Good communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
