Role Overview :
The Route Coverage Specialist provides essential service by covering delivery routes when Route Service Representatives (RSRs) are unavailable.
Responsibilities include:Learning multiple routes to ensure seamless delivery of garments and products, safely transporting items, collecting used goods, and maintaining excellent customer relationships through positive interactions and clear communication.
Key duties:Managing invoices, conducting inventory audits, following safety protocols, supporting route setup and rerouting efforts, and collaborating with team members to meet operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid driver's license with a clean record, DOT compliance, high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs., strong customer service skills, tech-savviness, and prior delivery or customer service experience is advantageous.
