Rubin Waste Disposal LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Roll Off Driver to join our team in Howell, NJ! This is a great opportunity to get behind the wheel of a heavy-duty truck and play a vital role in keeping our community clean and our customers satisfied.

• Safely operate roll off trucks to deliver, exchange, and pick up waste containers at customer sites
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently while meeting customer needs
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding container placement and service
  
  Maintain accurate driver logs, manifests, and delivery records
• Ensure proper securing and transport of loaded containers in accordance with safety standards
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and any incidents or hazards to management promptly

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Previous roll off, waste, or heavy truck driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
