Training available for drivers with 2+ years of Dry Van experience who want to transition to flatbed/step deck and increase their income.
Positions- Flatbed.
- Step Deck.
- $0.65–$0.75 CPM OR up to 32% of gross.
- Weekly direct deposit – always on time.
- Consistent miles (no sitting).
- Brand new trucks (2025–2027).
- Automatic, clean, well-maintained.
- No forced dispatch.
- Flexible home time.
- 24/7 dispatch support.
- Fuel cards + tolls covered.
- Pre Pass / EZ Pass.
- Rider & pet policy available.
- 2+ years CDL-A experience.
- Clean driving record.
