Job Summary

Warehouse Associate at Centerline, Swedesboro NJ. Responsible for warehouse tasks, inventory, yard, office. Hands‑on role, interact field employees, customers. 1‑3 years warehouse experience.

• Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks
• Assist in staging materials (kitting) for projects
• Perform equipment maintenance checks
• Operate forklift
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records
• Execute cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives
• Maintain safe stockroom and yard
• Execute warehouse transactions electronically
• Track and cycle count stock
• Assist deliveries or pick‑ups to job sites and customer locations
• Responsible for shipping and receiving functions
• Confirm accuracy of material and stock
• Follow policies and procedures for quality and cost control
• Transport vehicles to maintenance sites
• Assist general office/grounds maintenance when needed
• Other duties as required

• 3+ years experience performing material handling activities in a warehouse; telecommunications experience desired but not required
• Operate forklift
• Dependable, self‑starter, excellent work ethic, team player, punctual, good attendance
• Excellent communicator who interacts with customers, vendors, in‑house personnel
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
• Regular hours Monday–Friday 7:00 a‑5:00 p; potential OT
• Valid driver’s license
• Associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma required

• Lift from floor to above head 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, climb, kneel, bend, lift, crawl, squat, reach, use both hands and feet
• Operate vehicle for company business; primarily performed in and out of office environment
• Exposed to heat, cold, dust, wet, vibration, loud noise
