Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor activities to ensure efficient, and accurate operations. This role provides direct, hands-on supervision of warehouse associates and serves as the first point of leadership on the floor.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Supervise daily warehouse floor operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on processes and equipment
• Monitor attendance, break schedules, and timekeeping compliance
• Address performance issues, elevate concerns, and document corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs, workload planning, and operational priorities
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure organization, cleanliness, and operations standards are maintained
• Act as a point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts

Qualifications/

Skills:

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic computer skills (WMS, email, timekeeping systems)
