CDS is hiring
Warehouse Production Associates for our South Brunswick facility. This is an active, hands-on role supporting warehouse and light-production operations. You’ll work as part of a team preparing, sorting, repacking, and stacking products for shipment.
Warehouse experience is a plus, but it isn’t everything. If you’re dependable, ready to work, committed to safety, and willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll DoSort, stack, reconfigure, and prepare cases of product for shipment
Pick products accurately to fulfill customer orders
Use RF scanners to track and move inventory
Package products appropriately for shipment
Inspect products and pallets and report damage
Follow food-safety, workplace-safety, and equipment procedures
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work as part of a warehouse and production team
Work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when business needs require

Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist throughout the shift
Previous warehouse or RF-scanner experience is helpful, but not required
High school diploma or GED preferred
