Schedule

Sunday through Thursday
Flexible morning start times, typically between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Occasional start times as early as 5:00 AM
Shift lengths vary based on daily shipment volume

Hours

Average 25-30 hours per week
Hours may occasionally range from 15-20 hours per week during slower periods
Full-time hours are not guaranteed

Job Responsibilities

Unload cartons and merchandise from inbound trailers
Place cartons onto conveyor systems
Sort products by store destination
Build and organize pallets for shipment
Scan merchandise and pallets using RF scanners

Move completed pallets to designated staging areas
Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy
Support daily shipping deadlines and productivity goals
Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Qualifications

Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to work a flexible schedule with changing start times
Previous warehouse, distribution, loading/unloading, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
