Plum is a New Jersey-based innovator in gymnastics apparel, proudly designing and producing colorful, comfortable, and affordable leotards that deliver confidence, durability, and style to athletes at every level. Founded in 2011, Plum believes every gymnast is a champion from day one, and our collections are designed to celebrate that journey.

Our in-house Product Design and Production team is based in our New Jersey office, and much of our production takes place on the East Coast. We’re known for limited-edition runs and quarterly product drops that keep gymnasts and pro shops stocked with trendy, ready-to-ship gear.

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This hands-on role helps keep our inventory organized and moving - whether it’s prepping and packing orders, picking up fabric and supplies, or supporting our production team with cutting and warehouse tasks.

• Pick up and deliver product, fabric, and supplies using your vehicle
• Pick, package and prepare orders for delivery
• Cut fabric according to patterns (training provided)
• Perform basic warehouse organization, restocking, and inventory counts
• Assist with machine upkeep and workspace cleanliness
• Support the production team with day-to-day tasks as needed

• Valid driver’s license and a mid-sized or larger vehicle (e.g., SUV, van, or covered truck)
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Clear communication and a flexible, team-focused attitude
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a mid-sized or larger vehicle, such as a 4-door sedan, SUV, van, or truck with a covered bed.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions (email, time tracking, document retrieval, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability
  to maintain a high level of frequency in physical activities such as reaching, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to maintain a composed and professional demeanor within a flexible and (at times noisy) work environment.
• Ability to move throughout gymnasiums and event floors.
• Ability to distinguish color to perform job functions.
• Visual acuity corrected to perform job functions.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility, including but not limited to distribution, office areas, and manufacturing environments, including the outside perimeter of the building.
• Ability to move equipment and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
