Quince is hiring a Senior Safety Specialist to own workers’ compensation case management and OSHA recordkeeping for a high‑performance returns site. This senior IC role leads regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement with safety on the floor and in the file cabinet.
You will mentor Safety Coordinators, drive high‑risk program adherence (PIT, lockout/tagout, height, energized equipment), and partner with operations to elevate safety outcomes across the site.
