Are you detail-oriented, organized, and someone who believes the little things make a big difference? Allen Flavors, Inc. is looking for a Picker Checker to join our Shipping & Receiving team! If you enjoy keeping things accurate, ensuring shipments are perfect before they leave the warehouse, and being the person everyone relies on to catch the details, we'd love to meet you.

• Physically gather all materials required for outbound shipments and ensure every order is complete and ready to go.
• Shrink-wrap and stage orders according to company standards.

• Verify lot numbers, manufacturing dates, product quantities, and shipment documentation to ensure every shipment meets our quality standards.
• Double-check inbound and outbound material transfers for accuracy.

• Review finished product labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance before products leave our facility.

• Safely load outbound trailers while following company policies and maintaining a commitment to safety.

• Utilize RF scanners to accurately pick, receive, verify, and track inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle count activities.

• Inspect inbound trailers for cleanliness and verify incoming materials to ensure they meet company expectations.

• Support and follow company programs including HACCP, SQF, NSF, Food Defense, Food Safety, and Food Quality standards.

• Provide support across Shipping & Receiving operations and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory management, receiving, shipping, or order fulfillment preferred.

• Forklift experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
