The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for managing day‑to‑day warehouse operations including picking, packing and replenishment. This role collaboratively develops and executes initiatives and strategy to improve productivity, quality and inventory accuracy. This position will supervise hourly warehouse staff, operating across multiple buildings, fostering a culture of ownership, teamwork and respect. This position will be expected to make data‑driven and independent decisions, working cross‑functionally to meet high levels of delivery service, cost savings, and leadership standards.

• Leads daily warehouse operations across multiple buildings to ensure timely & accurate picking & delivery of orders to production operations.
• Utilize strong analytical abilities to optimize warehousing functions.
• Own the hiring and termination process within the department as well as involvement and key input in hiring decisions cross‑functionally.
• Serve as subject matter expert for WMS.
• Full authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.
• Ensures safe handling, storage, and movement of products in compliance with policy & statute.
• Responsible for productivity, accuracy, and staffing levels to meet daily production requirements.
• Jointly owns maintenance of racking integrity and mobile equipment within the warehouse.
