. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as the primary Human Resources partner for an assigned site or group, operating in alignment with The Re:

This role owns the full lifecycle of HR support at the site level and acts as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. The HR Manager balances hands‐on execution with thoughtful partnership, ensuring strong people practices while supporting Re:
Build’s mission to revitalize American manufacturing.
You will work closely with site leadership and the centralized HQ HR function to deliver consistent, compliant, and scalable HR programs—while adapting them to the realities of a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

- Be a Trusted Partner to Leaders & Employees
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related matters, including policies, benefits, leave programs, and employee relations
- Partner with site leaders to solve people challenges with a practical, business‑minded, and employee‑focused approach
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, development conversations, and corrective action, advancing complex issues as needed
- Build trust by handling sensitive situations with discretion, fairness, and integrity

- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring efforts, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate and new‑hire experience
