Maintenance Manager

Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that equipment, systems, and structures function safely and efficiently. This on-site role is based in New Kensington, PA, working on-site 5 days/week with weekend support as necessary.

• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
• Track expenses and manage the maintenance budget.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it operates within standards.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
• Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of maintenance experience
• Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar field
• Previous managerial experience
