We deliver exceptional parts, service, and innovation—and we’re growing our team with a seasoned machinist who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
A day in this role
You’ll arrive to a clean, organized shop and take ownership of turning complex prints into finished, high-quality parts. Your morning may start by reviewing engineered drawings and setup sheets, selecting tools, and dialing in work offsets. Midday, you’ll program, operate, and edit CNC mills and lathes, running efficient setups and making the right adjustments to hold spec. Throughout the day, you’ll inspect with micrometers, calipers, and gauges;
deburr and finish parts; and collaborate with teammates to solve problems and improve processes. When a manual touch is the right move, you’ll switch gears and apply traditional machining skills. As an experienced craftsperson, you’ll also lend a hand to apprentices and help raise the bar for the whole team.
