Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Overview

Suncrest Hospice, a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice, is rapidly expanding and seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full‑time and PRN positions.

• Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing directions.
• Work under the direction of the Director of CNA Services or designee and collaborate with nursing management.
• Coordinate care with licensed staff to ensure residents receive the proper types of support.
• Follow all company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life for patients and families.
• Ability to work well within a team, collaborating daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership.
• Eager to pursue additional certifications and further education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1‑to‑1 basis while receiving support from a care team.
• Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day responsibilities.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Full-time and PRN

$18 – $22 per hour
