Full Time | Monday-Friday | 3-11p Pay: $41/hour
Job Summary:
A leading healthcare provider in the NEW KENSINGTN, PA area, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team. As a vital part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing staff, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth
- Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff hours, patient data, and departmental metrics

- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
