• As an Experienced Traffic Control Crew Member, you will set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones.
• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety.
• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting.
• Mentor newer crew members and help drive site efficiency.
• This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM — late afternoon).
• Physical endurance — Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.

• Weekly Competitive Pay: $17.00/hr
