Position Overview
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Stabilization Home Services, the role focuses on answering phones, filing, emailing, and document tracking. The Clerical staff also assists with billing, sorting, and typing, and may take on various projects assigned by the Director.
Salary$36,000 annually (plus a $1,000 performance‑based variable pay bonus)

Essential Functions- Answer phones and relay detailed messages to recipients
- File medical, pharmacy, and billing documentation
- File and scan medical administration records in a timely manner
- Check and respond to emails
- Assist with scheduling doctors’ appointments
- Help coordinate transportation
- Type and track billing notes
- Assist nurses with filing and organizing binders and charts
- Track client pharmacy and medical bills and make on‑time payments toward bills
- Proficiency with data entry and typing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other data entry systems
- Complete ongoing projects involving sorting, filing, and data tracking
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to manage large amounts of data entry and type with proficiency
- Deal tactfully with clients, staff, family members, and others via telephone calls
- Work harmoniously with Trinity employees
- Maintain good staff relations and employee morale
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong self‑motivation
- Pass NADD DSP certification within 60 days of hire or when eligible
- Lift over 40 pounds from floor to waist unassisted
- Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
- Perform driving, balancing, pulling, pushing, standing, climbing, grasping, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion activities as required
- Participate in physical management if needed
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience working in behavioral health or with intellectual/developmental disability
