Key Responsibilities- Supervise a crew of 2–4 tower technicians on wireless construction sites
- Work at heights of up to 400’
- Ensure full understanding and execution of the project’s scope of work
- Read and interpret construction documents and site layouts
- Maintain all jobsite safety protocols and lead daily toolbox talks
- Inspect rigging gear and tools to ensure safe operation
- Complete jobsite inspections and carrier/tower owner closeouts
- Manage and maintain all required site documentation
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues
- Install and modify sector mounts, T-booms, monopole platforms, and banding
- Install DC cable, hybrid trunks, ice bridges, RRU/BBU equipment, and test RF components
- Use alignment tools and ensure proper integration of tower components
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of telecommunications tower experience
- NWSA TT1 Certification required
- OSHA 30, RF Awareness, Tower Rescue, and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check
- Experience with DC power, fiber to RRUs, RF jumper plumbing, and mount construction
- Capable of climbing up to 400 feet and lifting 75+ lbs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Crane and rigging experience a plus
- Must be able to travel and tow both enclosed and flatbed trailers
- Background check and drug screening required during onboarding (per applicable laws)
