As a Customer Relations representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency you will be the first point of contact and generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a good fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
