As a customer service representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities- Answer clients' inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Assist clients with payments in person and over the phone
- Educate clients on insurance and their needs for protection
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask as well as taking initiative and understand the meaning of being a team player.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year office experience required
- Illinois Insurance license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health
