As a customer service representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

• Answer clients' inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Assist clients with payments in person and over the phone
• Educate clients on insurance and their needs for protection
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask as well as taking initiative and understand the meaning of being a team player.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year office experience required
• Illinois Insurance license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health
