* Summary:

** Review and process insurance claims and follow-up on related correspondence.  Handle or redirect incoming departmental calls. Interact effectively with co-workers.  Other general office duties as assigned.
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Process paper claims for Commercial Insurance Billing and Queue claims for Electronic Billing
* Process all patient and insurance correspondence and mail returns
* Check insurance eligibility and load insurance
* Answer and resolve or redirector all incoming patient, insurance, and attorney calls
** Requirements:
*** High School graduate or equivalent.
* Ability to type
* Basic computer skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A minimum of 6 months pervious hospital or medical office experience
** Work Shift Details:
** Days, Part-time  24 hours a week
