As a Customer Sale and Service Rep for the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance agency you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success and agency growth. You grow our agency through your meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and products available.

• Educate our clients with insurance products and services available.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet monthly sales goals.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Must have Illinois State Insurance License in Property & Causalty and Life & Health before starting.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
