* Position Summary:

** Position requires a clinically competent registered professional nurse who provides, delegates, and coordinates nursing staff in the delivery of safe care in the AE office.  Acts as a resource person in problem identification and solving for our surgical patients.  Effectively interacts with patients, physicians, physicians’ office staff, and other health team members.  Maintains the standards of professional nursing.
* Assesses each patient patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, nutritional, and functional needs
* Completes documentation according to specific guidelines
* Demonstrates open, honest, respectful communications in all interactions
* Supports the Mission, Vision and Core Values and 7 Behaviors
* Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits
* Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
* CPR certified

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:$35.00 - $42.50
