Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Clinical Role:
CRNA turnover rate is very low.Team structure: MD/CRNA care model.100% supervised practice.Shift times are variable with potential for call.At least one 24-hour shift per month must be on a Saturday or Sunday.Shift choices:1 required 24-hour shift + 1 additional 24-hour shift (48 hours/week).1 required 24-hour shift + 1 16-hour shift (40 hours/week).1 required 24-hour shift + 2 12-hour shifts (48 hours/week).Patient age demographics include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.CRNAs can perform spinals and epidurals; all nerve blocks are done by fellowship-trained MDs.Preoperative assessments are mainly conducted by MDs unless it's a MAC case, where CRNAs can perform them.Trauma level II facility.10 ORs available.Coverage for Procedural Care Units; two providers need general OR experience (no neuro or cardiac required), one preferably with outpatient endoscopy/MAC experience.Average of 4-5 cases daily during a 12-hour shift, primarily orthopedic and neuro cases.Neuro cases involve a team including surgeon, surgical assistant, scrub tech, and OR RN circulator.Orthopedic cases utilize two surgical assistants depending on the case.Open to new graduates.Not accepting visa candidates.EMR system:
