Position

The Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. This role involves coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care and patient safety.

Weekly amount stated in the job postings is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment. • Illinois State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
