• Greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take their order and payment. Inside and outside (Drive-Up) positions available.
• Take phone orders or catering orders to help guests plan their special events.
• Give out completed orders to guests by calling out numbers with a rhyme.
• Prepare food to high-quality standards and maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
• Cook food to order, such as Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more. Follow recipes and Portillo’s standards; ensure proper sanitation practices.
• Follow recipes to create eye-catching, fresh, made-to-order salads and maintain a clean workspace.

• Pay rate: $15.75 per hour. Additional pay: $2/hour after 11pm; $2/hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F; $3/hour on holidays*
