Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

• Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Manage the fryer/griddle and handle food preparation equipment.

Pay range: $15.00 – $19.20 per hour.

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun.
• 1+ years of food service or management experience.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
