Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T2028)

Starting hourly rate: $17.25 USD per hour. Pay range: $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales; maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests; remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising, including signing execution; maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up; adhere to applicable laws and compliance requirements.
• Greet guests, engage with them to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and fellow team members; thrive in a fast-moving, active environment requiring teamwork and problem solving.
• Open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices, operate handheld scanners and other technology; effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to remain mobile during shifts; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally; work in varying temperatures and conditions.
